Successful painters tend to train throughout their careers and never stop learning. I wonder how many business owners paint never picked up a book on sales or taken a course or seminar on the principles of selling.

Do you think that education in your company has nothing to do with success in this company?

I felt sad for those who fail in this case, but I am no more, because they choose to remain closed-minded to learn new things. At a time when it may have been sufficient to be an agent to succeed in this business, now it is not enough. Today the competition is too intense to sit on your hips and bathe in your pride of craftsmanship.
